“If the only prayer you said in your whole life was, ‘Thank you,’ that would suffice” – Meister Eckhart

Goke and I have said quite a number of things about the attitude in the past. If you haven’t read them, please do check them out – “Gratitude: An important virtue for reaching higher…faster,” and “Learn the Attitude of Gratitude.”

Well, I want to practice just what we’ve been talking about. I want to walk the walk, not talk the talk! So, thank you for stopping by here today! It gives us so much joy to know a lot of people actually do come around to draw some inspiration from what we’ve got to say. Thanks for clicking on whatever link that brought you here. :-)

In August alone, we had well over 1100 hits. That’s more than twice the number of hits we got in July! :-D What more could we ask for. Thanks a lot guys! We’re so humbled by your support. We’re glad you’ve decided to hang with us as we strive daily to become all that’s possible for us to be!

All About P-E-R…

Hey folks! We’re almost done with August! This is the last lap. It’s time to re-evaluate. It’s time to go back to the list of goals you made in the beginning of the month. How many did you get to achieve? How many did you miss by a little margin? Remember the famous quote from Aristotle, “Excellence is not an act, it’s a habit.”

The plan, execute, and re-evaluate principle, over the years, has proven to be very effective. All it entails is: You set the goals you want to achieve and decide on how you want to go about achieving it (plan). Then, you go for it! – (Execute). After that, you relax and re-evaluate. If you hit the target, you give yourself a treat, rejuvenate, and get ready to go again. If you missed the target, you analyze your strategy and make the necessary amendments. After that, you fire again!

No matter how many times you fire, it’s never too much until you hit your target! So, as we get ready to wrap up August and head into September, revisit those goals. Remember them, do your best to achieve them, and set new ones for September!
